Neshaminy to Host Three One day Clinics with World-Class Instructors! Neshaminy will be hosting
three special clinics from 10am - 4pm on Saturdays in the High School wrestling

The first in our series will be lead by our new coach Ruslan Madjinov on November 14th 2009. This will be
our introduction to Coach Madjinov’s style and the Soviet system of wrestling. Outside wrestlers will be welcome
to attend to check out what Coach Madjinov has to offer and to see if they may like to join the Neshaminy family.

Then on December 12th, we have a special treat with three time NCAA Division I Champion
and 2008 National Wrestling Hall of Fame inductee, Ricky Bonomo.
In addition to being one of the greatest wrestlers ever, Ricky has a delightful teaching style that will be keeping the kids
and coaches laughing through the entire day. If wrestling is analogues to life, Coach Ricky shows us that though it
may be hard, it need not harden our hearts. His playful approach to wrestling and life is a contrast to what we usually
see, and should refresh all who attend.

The following week, December 19th, marks the return of the Bonz - Professor Dale Bonsall. Also a National Wrestling Hall of Famer, Professor Bonz was a big
hit last year, and he too shares a great perspective on both wrestling and life with the scholar athletes
he instructs. Professor Bonz is one of only four coaches in Pennsylvania who holds a Silver certification from USA Wrestling, and is sought after nationally as a renowned youth coach. The amount of coaching talent being brought right
to your feet this year is astounding. Let us not take it for granted. Sign up right away and suck up as much knowledge
as possible which we can us in 2010 during the competition season. The cost of these clinics to outside wrestlers is
$50 per day or $120 for the three clinic package, but as usual for our registered members, we knock off half the price.
So, each clinic is only $25 for an entire day with a master instructor,
or $60 for the three day package deal. You won’t be able to find a better opportunity anywhere
else. Space is limited to only 40 wrestlers, and this will be announced to outside

is a three time NCAA All American, two time National and Jr. World Champion, and US Olympian wrestler. He coached at
Ohio State and his alma mater, Penn State. In 1989 he founded his Gold Medal training camp system, and now serves as
a mentor for thousands of young wrestlers whom he coaches in his clinics, camps, and his Home Training Center every year.
He has trained over 500 HS State Champions and over 200 USA Wrestling, NHSCA, and AAU National Champions. His training
combines wrestling techniques with life attitude training.
