The 2010 PJW East Qualifier is coming up! There is no better way to end a great season than with the annual PJW championship
series. Just like when they get to high school, their training all season should be focused on how far they can go post
season. Unlike MAWA's, PJW's occur when wrestlers are still fresh, raring to go and practicing with their team.

Instructor!!! The Neshaminy Youth Wrestling Club is pleased to announce a very exciting
development this year. Ruslandbek (Ruslan) Madjinov has signed on to be the club’s head instructor. Coach
Madjinov brings a wealth of knowledge and international experience to the Neshaminy program. Find out more about the

If you are a parent who wants to help out, but not
in a coaching capacity, there are still plenty of opportunities, such as helping set up and tear down the gym for home meets,
keeping time and score at matches, running the concession stand, fundraising, or other duties. If you are able, please contact
